  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM MEPF coordination.
  • Proficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage; familiar with ACC/BIM 360.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and ELV coordination.
  • Good understanding of LOD 300–400, BEP, clash detection and model QA/QC.
  • Experience in airport projects or other complex large-scale buildings/infrastructure is preferred.
  • Strong technical coordination and communication skills.

Position Summary:

As a BIM Coordinator - MEP at Gia Binh Airport Project, you will play a crucial role in leading the coordination of MEPF systems, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural elements. This position requires a proactive approach to managing complex models and fostering collaboration among various teams. You will be instrumental in driving project success through effective communication and technical expertise.

Job Description:

1. BIM Model Coordination

  • Lead BIM coordination for MEPF systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV and specialist systems.
  • Coordinate MEPF models with Architecture, Structure, Infrastructure, Façade and other specialist systems.
  • Review and coordinate MEPF models at LOD 300–400.
  • Lead model federation and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage and relevant BIM tools.

2. Model Review & Clash Detection

  • Perform detailed model review and clash detection.
  • Prepare clash reports and coordinate resolution with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Review system routing, plant rooms, ceiling spaces, risers, shafts, equipment spaces and maintenance clearances.
  • Ensure MEPF models comply with BEP and project requirements.

3. BIM Documentation & CDE

  • Manage MEPF model submissions, revisions and approval workflows through CDE/EDMS.
  • Ensure compliance with naming conventions, LOD and information requirements.
  • Support BIM audits and prepare coordination reports.

4. Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate MEPF interfaces with Architecture and Structure.
  • Review technical spaces, equipment layouts, access and maintenance requirements.
  • Support constructability and installation coordination.

5. Technical Support & Training

  • Provide technical BIM guidance to MEPF consultants and contractors.
  • Support training on BIM standards, model coordination and submission procedures.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the BIM Manager.
