Facilities & HSE Supervisor (Hưng Yên)

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

• Be responsible for maintenance and operation of building – related issues like retrofit/ addition/ alteration, industrial M&E equipment / appliances, landscaping, pest control, fire protection;
• Troubleshoot and respond to systems interruptions and operational issues pertaining to building maintenance;
• Manage and supervise contractors’ work;
• Daily CCTV tracking and reporting to ensure all systems are working properly.
• Daily Air-con tracking and reporting to ensure all systems are working properly and temperature & HR are within the range required by the customer
• Water/ electricity management and better utilization;
• Support the training of health and safety for all workers;
• Perform any other job-related functions when required by the Manager.

EHS(Environment, Health, Safety)

• Conduct the internal training of health and safety and security for all workers;
• Guide safety operation standards, regulations and measures relating to occupation safety and hygiene to workers;
• Set up the labor safety manual and instructions and ensure follow-up;
• Control first aid kits and make sure that all necessary first aid tools are available in the kits at sites, offices;
• Investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future;
• Control performance of occupation safety and hygiene in accordance with the law, customers’ requirement;
• Follow up and make sure that all staffs have obtained their health certificates;
• Follow up with the concerned departments for checking the safety and hygiene standards in the sites/DCs/offices as well as drinking water samples;
• Co-ordinate with the Facility technician to conduct the monthly checking of fire extinguishers as well as the periodically fire evacuation drills;
• Co-ordinate with other outside training providers to arrange the outside training courses as prescribed by law in HSE for workers such as Fire Fighting and Prevention course, First Aid Training course, Safety Training courses;

Security

• Supervise security guards managed by YCH at site. Assign guard posts and ensure compliance with security procedures and site regulations.
• Monitor and control security activities at warehouse, yard, gate, and critical areas.
• Ensure proper implementation of access control procedures for personnel, goods, and vehicles.
•  Inspect container/truck seals and restricted storage areas.
•  Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and other security equipment.
• Conduct regular training on:security control, emergency response, theft prevention, internal traffic safety, fire safety and incident response.
• Coordinate with factory/customer security teams to handle: security breaches, cargo loss, regulation violations, accidents, emergency incidents.
