EDUCATION:
• Bachelor in Accounting/Economics.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Vietnamese nationality (female)
• 03 years of experience with foreign company
• Computer literate with programs: MS Office, Excel, Power Point, accounting software
• Good English communication skills
• Personal Competencies: detail oriented, reliable, sense of confidentiality, problem solving skill
• Well-job-organized, result driven manner
Work Location: 135 Tan Cang Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, HCMC
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handle full set of accounting included preparing document, booking and producing report.
• Liaise with Banks regarding account opening documentation, loans receipt, loan repayment and others
• Prepare payment, reconcile and update cash balances.
• Control outstanding payment for both local and Singapore companies.
• Provide financial information as required by Finance manager/Group’s management level.
• Cooperate with other departments on offering support financial information.
• Control outstanding payment for both local and Singapore companies.
• Assist the Finance manager on yearly audits, administrative and other financial tasks.
