Công việc cụ thể là gì?

❖ Accounting operations • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and payable with customers/suppliers. • Conduct transactions with the bank: money transfers, credit, savings, international payments, etc. • Monitor bank account balances and cash, and prepare related reports. • Collect and track the principal and interest payments from the bank for each contract/agreement. • Monitor and process monthly office expense payments. • Verify the validity and legality of accounting documents before making payments or recording transactions. • Issue monthly invoices for services. ❖ Administrative and Human Resources • Track employee attendance, leave requests, and calculate payroll • Social insurance increase/decrease report: calculate monthly social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance contributions. • Post job openings, contact candidates, and schedule interviews. • Draft and manage employment contracts and personnel files. • Provide support to the HR manager upon request. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
