Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Job description Payment accounting: - Cash & bank management: Prepare cash receipts, payment vouchers and process payment. - Verify payment requests & process payment on time, ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and comply with Vietnam regulations. - Accounts Payable & document control: tracking accounts payable and receivable balances, organize, classify, and archive accounting books and vouchers. - Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly payment status reports. - Other tasks assigned by manager. Tax: - Double check monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT) - Check the validation of all tax invoices. - Be able to deal with Tax officers if there are any Tax issues. Reporting & Accounting Control - Prepare monthly accounting reports related to payment, AP, expenses, cash and bank balances, and other assigned accounting matters. - Prepare periodic management reports and data analysis as requested by the Chief Accountant/Manager. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm
