Mandala Hospitality Group is looking for a General Manager with the mindset of an Owner – Entrepreneur – Experience Creator — someone capable of transforming a well-run resort into a destination with compelling reasons for guests to choose it, return to it, and recommend it to others.

The Mission

- Lead each property MHG’s sustainable growth journey from its current occupancy of approximately 40% to 70% – 80% – 90%, not primarily through discounting or dependency on OTAs, but through:

- Distinctive Products + Exceptional Experiences + Community + Reputation + Repeat Guests.

Core Responsibilities

- Define and build the distinctive “Kim Boi Style” and its unique guest experience positioning.

- Proactively create demand through new products and experiences across Wellness, Therapeutic Spa, Signature F&B, Fine Dining, Café Experiences, Sports, Lifestyle and Retreats.

- Transform hotel facilities into compelling reasons to stay, and packages into experiences guests are willing to pay for.

- Build a strong guest community that drives repeat business, referrals and direct demand.

- Elevate the entire customer journey towards a 5★+++/Ultra-Luxury service standard, creating memorable WOW moments that inspire guests to share, review and return.

- Manage through data and commercial performance, with clear accountability for Occupancy, ADR/RevPAR, Total Revenue, Revenue per Guest, F&B/Spa Capture, Length of Stay, Repeat & Referral Guests, and Review Scores.

- Continuously operate with a growth mindset: Spot the opportunity → Research → Experiment → Measure → Refine → Scale.
