The opportunity: The Hub APMEA Graduate Trainee Program is designed to build a strong pipeline of high-potential young talent across the Hub. This structured 12-month development program aims to equip participants with the capabilities required to meet evolving business demands while promoting diversity and inclusion. Throughout the program, trainees will gain broad exposure to core business functions, hands-on experience, and targeted professional development opportunities. Upon completion, participants are expected to demonstrate the skills, knowledge, and professional mindset necessary to transition effectively into full-time roles and contribute to organizational success.
