Công việc cụ thể là gì?

COMPANY OVERVIEW

TechCoop Group is a Vietnam-based agricultural trade and technology group that provides functional supply chain security for agricultural trade across Southeast Asia. The Group sources from four origin countries — Vietnam as the home market, with Laos, Cambodia and Thailand regional — and ships to more than 30 export markets.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Group Accounting & Reporting keeps the books of the Singapore entities, consolidates the Group and sets the accounting standard every Group Company reports to. It delivers the consolidated SFRS(I) financial statements the Board, the auditors, the lenders and future investors rely on.

The Group Accounting Executive keeps the Singapore books, records the Global Business Unit's orders booked in those entities and prepares the Group consolidation. As Consolidation Preparer, you validate each entity's package, map it to the Group chart, match intercompany balances, quantify GAAP differences, and build the translation and eliminations.

ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Singapore Entity Accounting and Close

  • Record accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank transactions for TechCoop Investment & Technology Pte. Ltd. and Farmgate Pte. Ltd.
  • Reconcile every bank account at each month-end, and clear reconciling items by the following close
  • Prepare the balance-sheet reconciliations at the frequency the Financial Reporting & Close Policy sets, with each schedule tied to the ledger
  • Close each entity's books to the Group close calendar, and submit its monthly reporting package and signed checklist by the calendar date

Group Consolidation Preparation

  • Validate each Group Company's reporting package for completeness, prove its trial balance to zero and to the prior period, and map it to the Group chart of accounts
  • Match intercompany balances pair by pair, with written agreement from both sides before elimination
  • Quantify the adjustments that take each Vietnamese entity from Vietnamese Accounting Standards to SFRS(I), and record unbooked differences in the misstatements log
  • Translate foreign currency balances at the Group reporting rate, build the eliminations, and prove the foreign currency translation reserve
  • Issue the approved consolidated figures with their basis-of-preparation statement, and archive the evidence pack for each close

Order Accounting for the Global Business Unit

  • Record each buy and sell contract booked in the Singapore entities against its order, with revenue and cost recognized when risk and title pass under the order's Incoterms
  • Check each sales and purchase invoice against its contract before posting
  • Identify goods in transit at each month-end from bills of lading and freight forwarder documents, and cut off revenue and cost to the correct period
  • Apply the Group's principal or agent position to each order, and flag any contract whose terms could change it
  • Reconcile order-level revenue and cost to the ledger each month, and supply Group FP&A with the order data behind its margin reporting

Documentation, Audit Trail and Entity Setup

  • Post every consolidation journal with a sequential reference, a description, the preparer and reviewer names, the approval date and a link to its supporting workpaper
  • Hold a valid supporting document and approval behind every entry, filed in the Group's document management structure
  • Retrieve documents for the external auditor and for internal control reviews by the date each request sets
  • Record the lessons from each close, and draft updates to the Group Consolidation and Reporting SOP for review and approval
  • Set up each new country entity in the consolidation as it joins the Group: accounting differences, account mapping, intercompany pairs and close calendar

Statutory, Tax and Audit Support

  • Draft the annual SFRS(I) financial statements and the ACRA XBRL data for the Singapore entities
  • Prepare the quarterly GST F5 returns and the corporate tax schedules behind Form C
  • Compile the audit evidence and schedules for the external auditor to the agreed timetable
• Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Nhân viên (associate) • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
