Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Job purpose:• Study strategy and network to enhance Sell-Out.• Standardize Channel capability.• Training/Monitor/Assess the Store operation (service and equipment)• Managing Sell-Out activities in North (link to Sell-In result)Key Responsibilities1. Standardize market information package• Study the customer needs and the future trend of Tire industry to identify effective strategy for territory.• Build up the comprehensive data package by territory/region (inc. competitor movement).2. Implement commercial Fleet Approach (FA)• Implement fleet approach program effectively through the FA program, scheme to activate new fleets• Collaborate with Sell-in to drive sales and chase expected goals (churn rate, new fleet acquisition, fleet sale...)• Support to upgrade human’s capability and equipment to adapt BS’s requirement.3. Implement Sell-Out program in territory• Study Sell-out program by territory.• Implement, evaluate, report and analysis for next program (PDCA).4. Lead/Support Team event and Product quality:• Inspect and handle customer claim issue.• Conduct Tire test to confirm usage effectiveness and product development (Monitor/Field/Fuel)• Support & implement the related event (Centralized training, Seminar…).• Other assignments from company / supervisors. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
