[Hà Nội] Trưởng Nhóm Bán Hàng

1. MAIN DUTIES

- Department Operations & Stock Management: Manage stock, sales, GP, TOD and loss; control ordering, perishable products, D&D items, product quality, expiration dates and OOS reports.

- Merchandising & Store Standards: Ensure full and proper product display, accurate POP/PC materials and product information labels; maintain backroom operations in compliance with company standards.

- Manpower Planning & Team Management: Prepare Daily Work Schedules (DWS), manage staff allocation, and plan and monitor monthly department rosters and manpower schedules.

- Customer Service & POS Operations: Manage cashier operations and customer waiting time at POS; ensure high-quality customer service and encourage plus selling.

- Staff Training & Supervision: Train, coach and remind staff to maintain customer service standards, including professional greetings, attitude and responsiveness to customer needs.

- Policy & Procedure Compliance: Ensure department operations and staff comply with company procedures, policies, rules and regulations.

2. OTHER DUTIES

- Support other store and department operations when required.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
