Purpose of Job / Job Summary

• Responsible for M&E systems

• Responsible for overseeing the project's design and construction

• Perform assigned tasks, provide assistance, and report to the Management

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Coordinate design consultants, contractors, third parties, and relevant departments on matters throughout the entire project, from the design phase to handover and operation:

- Project complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

- Project’s progress aligns with the Master Implementation Plan.

- Project obtains final acceptance inspection and fire safety certification.

- Project documentation is comprehensive and well-detailed

• Participate in technical tender evaluation, design and construction management; assess impacting factors and implement appropriate solutions regarding:

- Design and construction efficiency

- Cost and schedule

- Potential risks

• Take ownership of Fire Protection concerns, analyzing and proposing solutions that cover both Architectural and M&E system aspects

- Ensure architectural planning is effective, adheres to fire protection regulations, and optimizes both usable space and traffic flow

- Ensure that the M&E system is effective, complies with fire protection regulations, and optimizes both investment efficiency and operational performance

• Ensure environmental procedures and records are maintained, periodically updated, and compliant with ISO 14001 / Gamuda Green Plan

• Comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company

• Perform any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
