The role - Represent the Brand at the store, engage with shoppers, introduce and sample products, and support sales growth through effective shopper engagement and product conversion. What You'll Do: • Represent the Brand professionally at the assigned store and actively engage with shoppers. • Introduce products and conduct sampling activities according to assigned SKUs. • Support and drive sales performance against agreed monthly targets. • Focus on priority brands/SKUs and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets. • Track and maintain records of sampling activities, shopper engagement, sales and conversion performance. • Monitor the conversion rate from samples served to bottles sold. • Collect shopper feedback and market insights where relevant. • Follow Brand guidelines, store procedures and project requirements. • Prepare and submit weekly performance reports covering sales, sampling, conversion and shopper engagement. • Participate in sales incentive programs based on actual sales achievement. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
