[HCM - Local] Compliance Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on enhancing supply chain traceability, production verification, and brand protection.

This role will serve as a key liaison between our manufacturing partners, internal stakeholders, and our clients, ensuring that all products meet rigorous compliance and sustainability standards.

Job Description

1. This candidate will have high focus on

a) Supply chain visibility and traceability exercises

b) Production verification exercises

c) Brand protection audit

2. Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, regulations, and industry best practices;

3. Support Vietnam Compliance Team by managing and implementing programs related to social responsibility (CSR), security(C-TPAT) as well as manufacturer sustainability workers such as Higg Index etc.;

4. Work independently to manage audit schedules, compile reports, and drive corrective action plans;

5. Understanding of our customers’ compliance expectations;

6, Frequent communication with facilities, internal teams and our customers;
