We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Project Management to serve as the critical control point connecting our Production with our Sales teams and major international retailers. 2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
• Host and lead critical cross-functional meetings—including Order Validation sessions prior to accepting orders, to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, margin health, and lead times.
• Proactively monitor internal capacity vs order intake to identify risk factors
• Work closely and collaboratively with Production, Sales, Quality Assurance (QA), and other internal teams to resolve roadblocks.
• Rapidly escalate signs of potential delays and coordinate corrective action plans.
3. Client Communication & Data Translation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for major retail clients, communicating professionally and transparently.
• Address client inquiries regarding production capacity, lead times, quality standards, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
