WHO YOU ARE

  • 8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in Executive Search, Leadership Recruitment, or Strategic Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven success in identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber management and executive talent.
  • A true Talent Hunter mindset, supported by a strong professional network and the ability to engage and persuade exceptional passive candidates.
  • The ability to recognize talent and leadership potential beyond CVs, job titles, and conventional career backgrounds.
  • Strong business acumen, with a genuine passion for Hospitality, Lifestyle, and innovative guest experiences.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and international candidates.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset – Commercial Acumen – Ownership – Execution Excellence.

MHG is not looking for someone who is simply good at recruitment. We are looking for an exceptional Talent Hunter who can identify outstanding leaders, uncover hidden potential, and inspire them to join MHG in creating iconic hotels and extraordinary destinations. Your mission:

  • Executive Headhunting: Proactively identify, approach, attract, and recruit General Managers, Operations Leaders, Commercial Leaders, and senior executives across Vietnam and international markets.
  • Talent Intelligence: Build and cultivate a strong talent network across Hospitality, Luxury, F&B, Coffee, Tea, Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Entrepreneurship.
  • Leadership Assessment: Identify leadership potential, business acumen, creativity, and the ability to turn ambitious ideas into tangible business results.
  • Employer Branding: Position MHG as a compelling career destination for visionary leaders who aspire to create, innovate, and make a lasting impact.
  • Talent Strategy & Execution: Personally lead strategic recruitment initiatives, build a sustainable leadership talent pipeline, and ensure recruitment excellence in both quality and speed.
  • Global Leadership Search: Develop an international leadership talent pipeline to support MHG's expansion from Vietnam to global markets.
