- 7–10+ years of experience in K–12 education and/or university and career guidance, including at least 3–5 years in a senior academic leadership role. - Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, or leading academic programs at scale, ideally across multiple schools or campuses. - Understanding of both Vietnamese and international high school education, including curriculum structures, assessment systems, and university admissions pathways. - Strong track record in improving student academic outcomes and supporting successful progression to leading universities. - Experience building relationships and partnerships with universities and educational organisations. - Combines strategic and systems thinking with the ability to translate vision into practical implementation. - Confident leading change, developing academic teams, and influencing senior school leaders. - Uses data and evidence to evaluate quality and guide decision-making. - Fluent in English, with the ability to negotiate, present, and work professionally with international partners.
