[HN] Middle Project Manager

1. Project Management & Execution

● Lead end-to-end project management across the entire SDLC (initiation to closure)

● Define project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables that support client objectives

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying models (dedicated team vs. fixed bid)

● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans

2. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (mainly from the US, EU, ANZ, SIN etc.)

● Conduct regular meetings with clients to report project status, resolve issues, and manage expectations

● Translate business requirements into clear and actionable plans for the development team

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

● Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and business analysts

● Mentor and coach project team members; resolve conflicts and ensure high performance

● Ensure team alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices (or other methodologies as required)

4. Quality & Risk Management

● Monitor project quality and ensure all deliverables meet client standards

● Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

● Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment processes are followed
