Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or software development, preferably in banking or fintech sectors.
• Proven experience in programming or software development (e.g., .Net, Java, Python, SQL, or similar) to support technical consultation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding and experience of banking systems (core banking, internet banking, mobile banking, or systems like Acquiring, CUSTODY, KONDOR, LOS, etc) are a plus.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma) and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
• Good logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to consult and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with business units and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Korean language skills are an advantage.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are a plus.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
- Act as a bridge between Business Dept. and Technical development teams; analyze and translate business requirements into clear system requirements for banking services
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and evaluate business needs; provide consultation and recommend appropriate system solutions.
- Support testing activities, validating business requirements, reviewing test cases, participating in and supporting UAT.
- Manage and monitor systems after go-live, research and propose service enhancements or upgrades.
