What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field

• 2–4 years in an HR generalist or HR & Admin role; start-up or foreign-company experience is a plus

• IELTS 6.0 or above (or equivalent)

• Solid knowledge of the Vietnam Labour Code, social insurance and PIT

• Good Microsoft Office skills

• Disciplined, punctual and happy to start at 6:30 AM

• Well-organized, detail-oriented and discreet with confidential data

What you'll do

• Build our HR policies and contract/doc templates

• Run end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Prepare timekeeping and HR system input; handle SI/HI/UI and PIT procedures

• Run performance reviews, training and engagement activities

• Keep personnel files and labor compliance in order

• Manage the office, assets, vendors, business travel and company events

• Prepare breakfast for the team each morning and keep the pantry stocked
