Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Conduct recruitment for all positions as needed, ensuring the right person is hired at the right time and following the correct process, including: office administrative staff, production support staff & direct production staff. - Coordinate the implementation of the integration program, assisting new employees to quickly adapt to the working environment. - Plan & execute local recruitment campaigns in communes and industrial zones. - Manage and develop recruitment communication channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and recruitment livestream activities. - Build good relationships with other businesses/universities/vocational training schools to build the brand for human resources and promote the company's reputation to the local community to attract talent. - Collaborate with relevant departments to improve the recruitment process, enhance the quality of selection and candidate experience. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 16:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
