Reports to: General Manager & dotted line to Global Sustainability team Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Ensure that the Production Centre follows all laws and standards (including but not limited to Standard Procedures, Safety, Environment, Sustainability, 5S). - Lead the certification process for the Production Centre (including but not limited to Corporate Audit and other external audits), track corrective and preventive actions - BSCI, C-TPAT, WRAP, GRS, GMP,... - Ensure that the overall Production Centre is adequately secured and monitored. - Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes. - Manage projects that aim to improve the compliance standards in the Production Centre as required. - Initiate movements, conduct and monitor training to all Production Centre associates related to Compliance. - Perform other tasks related to the position of Compliance as necessary. - Facilitate the identification of improvement opportunities by the development of compliance strategy deployment activities. - Understand regulations and principles of Safety, Environment, Audit requirements and other local law regulations. - Cooperate with local authorities on safety and hygiene matters. and report about safety and hygiene in the Production Centre. - Set up, follow up a regular safety audit as required by Global and local GMM. - Maintain the updated Production Centre Data Base related to the Corrective/Preventive Actions. - Perform other duties as assigned by his/her Line Manager. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 07:30 - 17:06 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
