- Location : Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh City - Salary : Competitive, base on experience + Early Shift allowance - Working Hours : 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (Mon- Friday) Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end import and export shipments, including booking, shipment planning, monitoring, and timely execution across assigned trade lanes. • Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of landing, certificates, and other transport-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, overseas agents, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure seamless shipment execution and proactive issue resolution. • Monitor shipment milestones, identify operational risks, and resolve exceptions to minimize delays and maintain service quality. • Ensure customs clearance requirements and documentation comply with applicable local and international regulations. • Maintain accurate shipment records, operational data, and documentation in the company's operating systems. • Provide professional customer support by responding promptly to shipment enquiries, status updates, and operational issues. • Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Transport, Finance, and other internal departments to support efficient logistics operations. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement. • Support, coach, and share operational knowledge with junior team members when required. • Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 06:00 - 15:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
