Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Purpose: To manage and oversee day-to-day import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, AkzoNobel's policies, HSE&S, and delivery schedules. Key responsibilities: 1. Shipment Planning and Execution: • Schedule and track import/export shipments. • Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers. • Coordinate with internal and external vendors, government bodies to apply for impex licenses at the earliest timeframe to ensure shipment clearance on time, in full at the lowest DEM charges. 2. Documentation Management • Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, permits, and other documents. • Pre-determine Products subjects to legal regulations to trigger the document submission early for import and export license submission. • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards. 3. Customs Clearance & Compliance • Submit documentation to customs authorities. • Ensure compliance with regulations and trade policies. • Provide reasonable explanations and backup information to all customs requests regarding new chemical laws, and other tightened regulations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 4. Issue Resolution • Identify and resolve shipment or documentation discrepancies. • Take the lead to drive the corrective and preventive actions to avoid issues repeated by engaging internal and external stakeholders into the solution design process. • Communicate with stakeholders to prevent delays. 5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring • Generate weekly/monthly shipment and KPI reports. • Monitor delivery performance, costs, and exceptions. • Provide weekly and monthly analysis and performance improvement plan under the assigned BU. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
