• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization tools. • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Familiarity with quality control standards and practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. • Knowledge of electric vehicle manufacturing processes is a plus. • Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
