Internal Communication Specialist

Knowledge & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or Employee Experience.

- Proven experience in developing multi-channel content and independently managing events from concept and execution to evaluation.

- Good understanding of internal communications, corporate culture, and the employee journey.

Skills

- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm when handling unexpected issues or urgent changes.

- Effective communication, active listening, and collaboration skills when working with leadership, cross-functional teams, employees, and external partners.

- Proficiency in Canva and basic video-editing tools; ability to apply AI tools to improve productivity.

- Ability to synthesize data and feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.

WORKING HOURS

From Monday - Friday. Off on Saturday, Sunday

Morning: 8:30 - 12:00, Afternoon: 13:00 - 18:00, tea-break 15:00 - 15:30.

ROLE CONTEXT

- This is the dedicated Internal Communications position within the HR team, taking primary ownership of planning, execution, and performance evaluation.

- With a diverse scope spanning content, employee experience, and internal events, the role requires strong independence, multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

- The role works closely with Admin on logistics and vendors, L&OD on culture and employee experience, and Talent Acquisition on employer branding.
