- Extremely organized and detail-oriented. - Very comfortable working with numbers, quantities and inventory. - Reliable and able to follow up on multiple operations simultaneously. - Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently. - Fluent or very strong in English, both written and spoken. - Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and inventory management tools. - Able to communicate effectively with different warehouses, transport providers and internal teams. - Proactive: able to identify problems before they become serious issues. - Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations or distribution is highly preferred. - Experience in F&B, wine, beverage or FMCG distribution would be a strong advantage.

### Main responsibilities * Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all wine products. * Monitor stock levels across all warehouses and satellite storage locations. * Coordinate transfers of goods between Binh Duong, HCMC, Phu Quoc, Da Nang and Hanoi. * Organize and follow up on transportation from the port to our main warehouse. * Plan deliveries and stock movements according to sales and distribution requirements. * Ensure that all quantities are properly counted, recorded and reconciled. * Regularly check physical stock against inventory records and investigate discrepancies. * Coordinate with warehouses, transport companies and the internal sales team. * Ensure products are delivered to the right location, in the right quantity and on time. * Maintain clear documentation for all stock movements and logistics operations. * Help improve our inventory and logistics processes as the company continues to grow. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian

Vignerons in the Vinobeer Family work with minimal intervention in the vineyard and the traditional winemaking techniques to produce balanced, elegant wines that are redefining the direction of worldwide wine. Over the years we have built one of the largest portfolios of organic, biodynamic & natural wines in Vietnam. Being a boutique and artisan beverage distributor, all our imports from overseas are strictly made by reefer containers and at a controlled temperature of 13 degrees. We also have our own state-of-the-art storage facility and our own delivery team. We carry all of our inventory and can guarantee delivery in the best conditions within 24 hours in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi & Da Nang. In addition to selecting great wines, we also put forward the importance of quality human interaction.
