- Manage, operate, and maintain IT systems including internal network, servers, computers, email systems, and data storage. - Ensure system stability, minimize downtime, and establish regular backup/restore plans. - Manage user accounts, access permissions, and maintain office IT equipment. - Monitor system performance and propose upgrade solutions when necessary. - Establish information security processes: password management, access control, user authorization, and company data protection. - Prevent and handle IT incidents (viruses, phishing, data loss, cyberattacks). - Develop and maintain internal IT Security policies and guide employees to comply. - Manage and support software systems used in the company (e.g., CRM, ERP, accounting software, ticketing systems, HRM, etc.). - Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows through technology (automation, forms, workflows, etc.). - Act as the main point of contact with software vendors and technology solution providers. - Receive, categorize, and resolve IT support requests from employees. - Set up an SLA / internal ticket handling standards (if needed). - Provide basic training for employees on working tools such as email, drive, security practices, and IT procedures. - Plan and implement IT projects: system upgrades, data migration, deployment of new tools. - Develop an IT roadmap aligned with the company’s business growth strategy. - Monitor project progress, budget, and quality. - Manage vendors for IT equipment, cloud services, and licensed software. - Build annual IT budgets and optimize operating costs. - Negotiate contracts and periodically evaluate service quality. • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
