1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or related fields.
  • 12+ years of related experience relevant job.

2. Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with configuring and managing SEM/SIEMs, IPDS, Firewalls, TLS/SSL Encryption applications/devices.
  • Experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and security protocols.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is beneficial.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS applications is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex IT projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization and build productive working relationships.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills to evaluate options and make informed recommendations.

3. Language & Communication Skills (Critical Requirements)

  • Fluent in English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) is required to ensure seamless collaboration with the HQ team. Have good Chinese is a plus
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive reporting and synchronization abilities.

4. Desired to Have:

  • Cisco Networking Certifications
  • CISSP, CSIM Certification
  • Relevant certifications in ERP System is a plus
  • Project Management certification (PMP)

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. Identify technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

3. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems and data.

4. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

- Monitor and control IT-related expenses.

5. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements.

6. Project Management:

- Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution.

- Develop and implement IT training programs for staff.

7. Compliance and Security:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and data security requirements.

- Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures.

- Develop roadmap for the enterprise network with a five-year time horizon; provide a high-level roadmap to achieve the vision.

- Oversee the design and build of network solutions. Evaluate network technologies and develop requirements for Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Routers, Firewalls, and related security & network devices.

- Compliance - ensures that the organization is in compliance with both corporate & industry requirements, cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, CMMC, etc.)

- Promote a cyber security focused culture within the organization.

- Realize innovate ways to incorporate new technologies into the enterprise to produce enhanced value to existing business practices.
