An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT leader to oversee the entire IT function of a well-established international manufacturing business in Vietnam. This role combines strategic technology leadership with hands-on responsibility for infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. As an IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operations. * Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures. * Overseeing software and hardware upgrades to enhance efficiency. * Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations. * Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users. * Coordinating with other departments to align IT strategies with business goals. * Managing IT budgets and vendor relationships effectively. * Leading a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives. Key responsibilities include: * Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals. * Lead daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user support. * Ensure high system availability, performance, and security. * Oversee ERP administration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives. * Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning. * Manage IT projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support. * Lead and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, and service delivery. * Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify and implement technology solutions. * Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance, audit, and regulatory requirements. * Evaluate emerging technologies and support digital transformation initiatives. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
