Yêu cầu công việc

- BA degree, Packaging background. - 5 year experiences at the same position (Understanding packaging industry, especially for electronic industry packaging will be a plus!) - Customer service, negotiation and planning skills - Critical thinking, decision making and leading skills - Having experiences working using ERP system, professional using of computer office skills: word, excel, powper point and use communication App: zalo, whatsapp, link and wechat, and internet web, etc.. - Good Teamwork attitude and project management and coordination skills - Experienced with good understanding of international business rules and regulations - Fluent in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese will be advantage - Strong problem solving skill - Able to work under high pressure - Willing for business trips

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Responsible as account manager all Retail/IT Electronic customers in Vietnam and some other footwear and apparel key customers upon being assigned - Responsible to coordinate information from L&E HQ, Regional office and local team for development and products launching - Follow up all orders processing and delivery planning among team members to ensure customers’ JIT delivery requests are met - Coordinate with L&E HQ, Regional office and local team for setting up and complete all required documentations (NDA, Contracts terms and conditions) for new and existing customers when existing contracts are expired. You may be asked to set up suppliers’ contracts upon request. - Responsible for setting up customers’ profile as well as communication base between Customers and L&E, L&E and suppliers - Regular visits and communicate with customers to build good relationship and get feedbacks for continuous improvement as well as getting opportunities for up-sale other products. - Continuously study and learn to have good understanding of company’s customers, products and processes in order to fulfil the job requirements as well as contribute ideas to improve services and quality to satisfy customers. - Direct report to Sale and Customer Service Department Manager and Vietnam Country Manager • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Thời vụ
