WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong potential and relevant internship/project experience are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately calculate discounts, invoice totals, percentages, bonuses, and other commercial figures.
• Good business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and commercial transactions.
• Ability to understand and communicate product and technical information effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player.
• Confident and effective communicator with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders at different levels, including management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Korean language skills are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
• Conduct drawing study & technical feasibility, review customer requirements and provide proposals right fastener grades (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy) and coatings (e.g., zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized).
• Handle RFQ activities, prepare technical inputs and coordinate with customers for queries, changes, reviews and new business support.
• Input inquiry, coordinate with internal sourcing team to prepare and process customer quotations accurately and within the required timeline.
• Manage client accounts using CRM systems, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery to support factory Just-In-Time (JIT) or VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) systems.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring smooth order fulfillment from order entry through delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on open orders, backorders, and pending deliveries to ensure timely resolution, keep updating to customer.
• Maintain close communication with customers and provide timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and other relevant matters.
• Resolve customer complaints, such as torque problems, thread stripping, or corrosion concerns, etc.., by collaborating with internal engineering teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, including quality issues, pull-in/push-out requests, delivery delays, and other order-related matters.
• Proactively identify issues, coordinate with relevant internal teams, and provide effective solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and other internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain strong and professional customer relationships through effective communication, proactive follow-up, and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-up activities.
