Requirements

Graduated from University – specialized in Finance & Accounting.

Qualified certificate (ACCA/CPA/CMA) is a plus.

English: good in speaking & writing.

2-3 years working experience and at least 1 year in Commercial Finance

FMCG experience is a strong advantage.

Skills

Be proactive in communication in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment.

Good logical thinking and comprehensive data presentation.

Willingness to learn.

Be able to use accounting system (SAP is preferred), MS Office, Power BI.

JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES

Key contact point with various department (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain etc.) to support actual reporting and budget/forecast controlling activities for Viet Nam and Cambodia and Laos market.

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

A. Business Performance Analysis

Analyze monthly sales, gross margin and profitability performance by channel, customer and regions, identify business risks and opportunities through financial analysis.

Prepare financial insights and performance reports for management review and actively participate in monthly business review meetings with Sales, Marketing stakeholders.

B. Forecasting & Planning

Prepare and coordinate monthly rolling forecasts for Sales, Gross to Net, A&P.

Lead forecast and budget data collection from Sales, Marketing teams.

Challenge business assumptions and drive forecast accuracy improvement.

C. Investment & Profitability Analysis

Analyze Gross to Net and A&P investment effectiveness.

Support ROI analysis for customer investments, promotion schemes and commercial initiatives.

E. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.

Support ad-hoc business analyses and decision-making requests.

Support year-end closing and external audits requests.
