- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.
- Must have experience working directly with the Cocolux leadership team.
- Strong account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of sell-in/sell-out, sales targets, retail execution, and the beauty market.
- Good command of English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, accountable, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage key accounts, including Cocolux, Sammi Shop, Aeon Maxvalue, and other accounts assigned by line manager, to achieve sell-in revenue and sell-out/GMV targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; identify new business opportunities and negotiate win-win cooperation plans.
- Monitor product display, merchandising, pricing, and retail execution to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales.
- Plan and execute promotions, activations, and commercial activities to improve sell-out performance.
- Conduct regular market visits, monitor market and competitor activities, and provide timely market insights to the Line Manager.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of account plans.
