Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Manage and control STP and WTP for making sure the treated water always compliance with the standard. • Manage the assets / equipment / machinery of WTP / STP / Network and implement maintenance plans to ensure continuous operation. • Manage and make plans for Senior Technician / Technician in daily works. • Control the operation of water supply and sewage networks. • Responsible for executing tasks related to water supply, sewage, and environment for new project development. • Supervise the construction bidding packages of water supply system, rainwater drainage and sewage system, sewage treatment system, booster pumping station; detect and propose solutions to solve problems arising during construction; make construction daily reports. • Join inspection, trial operation, and hand over the construction projects. • Implement ISO system for Department (Quality & Environment, Health, Safety and Risk management): make plan/objectives, manage documents, monitor process, work with internal/external auditors. • In charge of 5S, HSE implementation for WTP, STP, and WSTP office. • Manage Contractor’s document submission, Drawings, Work permits... • Manage, monitor water / raw water / sewage / environment test results (hard copy) and update on server. • Prepare and submit Purchasing Order, Contract, Payment, monitor progress/expire date, resolve issues during contract implementation in compliance with Purchasing & Finance procedures. • Prepare tender documents, submit Tender plan, evaluate contractors/suppliers and other works related to Tender Calling Procedure. • Establish, manage, and monitor regular contracts of WSTP to ensure continuous production of STP and WTP (raw water, power, fuel, chemicals, internet, wastewater fees, taxes...). • Monthly monitor and calculate total production costs, revenue, profit of STP and WTP; identify opportunities for improvement and saving materials / environment resources. • Regularly research and update relevant legal regulations; propose and implement actions to ensure compliance within the assigned scope of work. • Other tasks assigned by HOD (including works for new VSIP Projects). • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
