Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Support higher level engineers in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is completed on time - Participate in supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project. - Prepare and manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents. - Carry out checking of project documents and payment documents. - Support in preparing and submitting regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation. - Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately. - Assist in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly. - Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes when necessary - Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project. • Cấp bậc: Nhân viên (associate) • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
