- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Urban Planning (graduates of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering or Hanoi University of Architecture preferred), holding a professional practicing certificate/license in structural design or construction supervision for civil buildings. - At least 5 years of experience in project management or supervision of high-rise apartment / social housing projects. - Strong technical background in architecture, urban planning and structural engineering; solid understanding of relevant construction standards, codes and legal regulations on construction investment projects. - Skilled in quantity take-off and measurement of construction works; familiarity with cost estimating (Dự toán), settlement (Quyết toán) and BIM is a plus. - Able to plan, organize and assign team tasks to meet project targets and objectives. - Strong teamwork and cross-department coordination skills to ensure work progress and quality. - Able to prepare reports and draft official correspondence/documentation for related tasks. - Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project and other relevant specialized software. - English speaking and writing skills are an advantage. - Experience handling document submission, appraisal review and permit application procedures with authorities. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Hardworking and willing to work overtime and travel outside Hai Phong (day trips or short trips) when required. - Candidates based in Hai Phong, or willing to live and work long-term in Hai Phong, are preferred.
