Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from booking and planning to delivery and order closure—using SAP TMS • Plan and optimize transport, including vendor allocation, scheduling, and handling changes (amendments/cancellations) • Monitor execution, proactively manage exceptions, and ensure timely resolution across stakeholders • Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance, and performance adherence • Ensure accurate system updates, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability. • Coordinate work closely with external parties – vendors, terminals, customers and internal functions – finance, procurement, customer experience. • Build strong engagement with regional front office teams • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
