- Good English speaking and writing - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing background - Knowledge of lean manufacturing preferable. - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in operating and installing production lines. Priority will be given to candidates with experience as a Process Engineer in the garment manufacturing industry, especially those with in-depth knowledge of cutting and sewing processes and proven experience in optimizing production lines. - Hands-on experience in machine operation and troubleshooting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate root causes and prevent defect recurrence. - Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, BlueSky, etc.) to support decision-making. - Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible with good teamwork and communication skills. - Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, automation, and industrial equipment. - Experience in modern manufacturing environments (Lean, TPM, ISO...) is a plus.
