- Bachelor’s- or Master’s Degree in Law, Lawyer Practicing Certificate or similar. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese law relating to corporate affairs, investments, finance, taxation, land, construction, and commercial contracts. - Fluent in both written and spoken English. - Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience from a corporate legal advisory, reputable law firm or similar. - Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, financing transactions, licensing and regulatory compliance. - Experience in foreign-invested enterprises, international law firms, or large corporations is preferred. - Strong legal research, analytical, and risk assessment skills. - Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical legal solutions. - High integrity and professional ethics. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.

The role is responsible for providing legal support and advisory services related to the Company’s financial and investment activities. This position works closely with the Finance & Accounting (FA) Department and other Departments to ensure that all contracts, transactions, and governance matters comply with applicable laws and regulations, while minimizing legal risks and protecting the Company’s legitimate interests. Manages external legal advisors. 1. Legal advisory • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters including taxation, finance, corporate and shareholding restructuring, project investment, land and real estate, construction, planning, business transfer, new project initiatives, and regulatory compliance. • Conduct legal research and analysis to anticipate and identify potential legal risks and implications arising from business activities, projects, and management decisions. • Collaborate with internal departments to address legal concerns and support business objectives. • Monitor, analyze, and timely disseminate updates on new legislation and regulations with analysis of potential impacts on DEEP C's business and operations. • Advise management on corporate governance practices and compliance procedures. • Assess risks for management decisions and provide recommendations to mitigate the legal risks. 2. Contract management and review • Draft, review, negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents to protect DEEP C’s interest and ensure compliance with legal requirements, focusing on loan agreements, mortgage agreements, bank guarantees, shareholders’ agreements, share transfer agreements, and other contracts assigned by direct manager. • Develop, standardize, and implement contract templates; oversee the contract review process; and continuously improve legal advisory workflows to enhance efficiency and risk management. 3. Internal regulations and compliance framework • Develop, draft and review internal regulations and corporate governance documents, including the Charter, internal labor regulations, collective labor agreement, and regulations on the organization and operation of the company. • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to develop internal policies, procedures, and regulations applicable across all DEEP C entities. • Organize internal legal training sessions to propagate and enhance legal knowledge for DEEP C employees. 4. Licensing and regulatory affairs • Coordinate the adjustment, amendment, and update of licenses and permits with competent licensing authorities. • Provide legal advice on licensing requirements, dossiers, and procedures for DEEP C entities, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely completion of licensing matters. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
