Education:
- University degree (full-time) or higher in Law
- Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card is an advantage
Experience and knowledge:
- Minimum of 03 years of legal experience in a similar role, hands-on experience working for a real estate developer is an advantage;
- Experienced in working with government authorities (especially in licensing and post-licensing works);
- Candidates from other industries with strong legal mindset and proven adaptability are encouraged to apply;
- Ability to handle high volumes of documentation, multitask effectively and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
- Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal departments.
Skills:
- English: Good command for communication and writing skills;
- IT: proficient in office software.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
- Review contracts, documents related to the Company’s operations to ensure compliance with Vietnamese law and protection of the Company’s interests;
- Assist in preparing and handling procedures for issuance and amendment of enterprise registration certificate, investment registration certificate, and other relevant licensing matters;
- Handle legal procedures and documentation related to real estate and property ownership certificate to purchasers;
- Provide legal support to other departments during negotiations and working with external parties, when required;
- Conduct legal research, legal updates and participate in resolving disputes and complaints involving customers and third parties relating to the business activities of the Company;
- Administer and maintain contract files and the Legal Department’s records;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
