• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Investment, or related disciplines. Candidates with a quantitative background in Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science, or a similar field are also encouraged to apply. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in macroeconomic research, equity/market strategy, or investment research at a securities company, asset management firm, investment fund, bank, or research institution. • Candidates holding CFA Level II or above and/or a securities practicing certificate issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) are preferred. • Strong understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and the Vietnamese equity market, with the ability to translate macroeconomic developments into market and investment views. • Experience using financial data and research platforms such as Bloomberg, LSEG Refinitiv, FiinPro, WiChart, or equivalent platforms. • Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and the ability to apply them effectively in research workflows. • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly and effectively. • Excellent research, writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to formulate and articulate investment views in a clear and structured manner. • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindset. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
