- The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the Maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Company's mechanical and electrical equipment and utility systems. - The position oversees equipment troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance, equipment improvement and upgrading, and maintenance planning, with the objective of minimizing unplanned downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring continuous production operations. Key Responsibilities • Organize equipment troubleshooting and repairs; respond promptly to unexpected breakdowns to minimize production downtime. • Develop quarterly and annual maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment operation. • Manage the medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems; carry out maintenance and switching operations on high- and low-voltage electrical equipment within the factory. • Replace and repair original electronic components, such as control equipment and instruments. • Upgrade and optimize production equipment to extend its service life and reduce labor requirements. • Participate in the research and selection of new equipment; prepare area layout plans and design drawings; prepare for installation; supervise on-site installation, acceptance, and registration. • Work with the Production Department to improve and plan process layouts and implementation plans, and update the overall factory layout. • Assign tasks and conduct performance evaluations for Maintenance Department employees, including electricians, welders, mechanical technicians, and others. • Coordinate with departments across the factory to ensure equipment reliability and prevent interruptions to the production plan. • Develop maintenance solutions and operating procedures to minimize the risk of accidents. • Organize equipment operation and maintenance training to improve employees' skills. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc:
