• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related disciplines. • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in human resources management with hands-on experience as a HR Business Partner. • Complete fluency in English and solid knowledge of Labor Law is a must. • Experience in Logistics industry is preferable. • Ability and willingness to shift quickly between the strategic and tactical daily. • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. • Demonstrated negotiation and management skills ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to collaborate, consult and influence with various levels of management and associates. • Unquestionable ethics, personal integrity and leader capable of being a team player in every respect. • Ability to work at different locations, among Company sites/ warehouses.

• Lead the recruitment for Business requirement. • Partner with the business to manage all employee relations, including investigations of complex employee issues, day to day concerns. • Maintain responsibility for all talent management programs for assigned business unit. • Supports the Business on the effective development, deployment and reward of resources and talent in the business to achieve strategic and operational objectives (including business expansion). • Partner with Total Rewards to communicate and implement programs related to Compensation & Benefits to ensure compliance and to meet the needs of the Business. • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling. • Monitor and provide support to the business during annual processes such as performance reviews, calibration, employee survey action planning, compensation and rewards, and headcount planning. • Respond to Business concerns around performance management, improvement, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, employee safety, teamwork. • Facilitation and resolution of employee relation issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances. • Be a trusted partner and initiate and maintain effective communications with management and employees. • Deliver high quality, consumable HR services and processes that enable the attainment of business goals and critical initiatives. • Promote and establish positive employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale. • Review employee data and approves transactions in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity necessary for reporting and analysis. • Ensure high levels of engagement throughout the international P&O team through positive relationships and collaboration within P&O. • Ensure and maintain the alignment of all corporate P&O initiatives and programs, implement and deliver P&O programs within the business. • Assesses delivery and operational processes for improvement opportunities. • Analyse and concisely present information to the management team to enable good business decisions. • Provide business insight through data analysis, research and benchmarking. • Assist in driving business growth from an organization and talent perspective. • Change Management- facilitate seamless transitions during organization restructuring, or rapid scaling. • Provide day-to-day people leadership of team and create an environment that accelerates development of P&O BP talent. • Manage 2-3 P&O BP members. • Any other duty that may assigned by manager and the company. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
