- To be in position for 5 year plus min.
- To be FCA- Factory certified auditor, preferable
- To be GOOD ENGLISH (reading, understanding, listening, speaking, and writing).
- To be able to speak Vietnamese Language is a plus and preferable.
- To be familiar with local workers, inspectors, quality team, factory is a plus and preferable.
- To be positive, honest, integrity, well-organized, disciplined and hard- work and smart- work and team- work, able to work independently, meticulously, attentively, and collaborate well with teams and managers.
- To be able to travel across all regions in Vietnam when required.
Công việc cụ thể là gì?
- To be very familiar and practical experience with customers’ Quality Manual, Process, SOP, Quality and Technical requirements, like Target, Walmart, SAMS Club, Costco, JCP, Levi’s, Docker, PVH, CK, TH, US buyers, UK Buyers, Australia Buyers, etc.
- To conduct PP meeting, Risk Assessment, all inspections (in-line, final).
- To complete the reports (PPM, RA, Inline, Final)
- To own strong capability to check, review and comment the sample quality to meet the approvals (FPP, PP, TOP, Shipping samples).
- To own strong capability to check, review, comment, discuss with internal and external parties, for fabric quality issues and solution in bulk production when it happens, and close it as soon as possible to ensure quality and delivery.
- To know to work on the consumption, mini makers, fabric defects, quality issues, to report and share to Manager, to get approved asap to support the production, quality and delivery.
- To have good communication (English and Vietnamese) to work, monitor, control, assure the quality to meet/exceed the requirements and expectations of the customers (the approvals and the comments).
- To have good and strong knowledge, practical experience in Textiles (Knits, Woven) and Apparels (Tailoring ladies’ products, coats, blazers, pants, skirts, blouses, shirts, shorts, swim shirts and shorts, knits basics and knits fashion, outerwear, intimates, etc.).
- To be a good and fast learner to new things including process, system, products and people, to support your job and make you happy and happier.
- To own the problem-solving skills and practical experience to offer the solutions and suggestions to manager, to buyer, to close the related issues timely and correctly.
- To elaborate about the quality side requirements and keep the track of each issue and educate to team to minimize the issue and annual summary report to management
