• Working location: Nestlé Dong Nai Factory (Bien Hoa 2 IZ, Dong Nai) • Working time: Mon – Fri (08:00 – 17:15) • Reporting line: Manufacturing Excellence Manager ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a high-potential engineer to accelerate the factory's digital transformation journey. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and other functions to identify opportunities, implement digital and AI solutions, and drive the adoption of new ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, innovation, and creating business impact in a manufacturing environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner with factory stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI adoption. • Support and coordinate the implementation of digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and decision making. • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational needs. • Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and user adoption. • Support change management, communication, and capability-building activities related to digital initiatives. • Monitor project progress, track implementation milestones, and ensure sustainable delivery of business benefits. • Leverage data and analytics to identify insights and recommend improvement opportunities. • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making across the factory. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
