Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, equipment engineering, or machine build projects. - Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (or equivalent 3D/2D CAD software). - Hands-on experience in: + Mechanical design and detailing + Mechanical assembly and machine integration + Tolerance analysis and GD&T + Material selection and surface finishing - Strong knowledge of: + Machining processes (CNC milling, turning, sheet metal fabrication) + Weldment design and fabrication + Plating, coating, and surface treatment processes - Precision mechanical assembly and alignment - Mechanical components, bearings, linear guides, ball screws, and pneumatic systems - Ability to read and interpret: + Mechanical drawings + Engineering specifications + Manufacturing and fabrication drawings - Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. - Knowledge of quality tools and systems (ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA, SPC) is an advantage. - Good project coordination and cross-functional communication skills. - English proficiency: Intermediate level or above.
