• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in outbound tourism or luxury tours. • Proficient in using English/Chinese at work. • Understand B2C customer behavior in the mid- to high-end segment, with the ability to craft effective marketing messages. • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, CapCut or Premiere; knowledge of Digital Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO...) is a plus. • Have skills in content writing, basic photo editing, and video creation to support campaigns. Strategic thinking, creativity, and trend sensitivity are a plus. • Basic video editing skills to adapt Chinese content into English. • Proficient in Jianying (CapCut China) for cloud-based video project collaboration. • Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred for effective communication with the China team. • Priority given to candidates with experience in markets such as Northern Europe, the Arctic, and the Antarctic. • Own a personal laptop and be able to work remotely when needed.
