A. JOB PURPOSE: - The MDM Specialist ensures master data is accurate, standardized, and consistent across business systems, supporting reliable operational and strategic decisions. - The role guides data governance, resolves master data issues, and maintains tools, documentation, and reports to drive disciplined management and continuous improvement. - In ERP and transformation projects, the MDM Specialist supports data collection, validation, cleansing, and migration; trains new users; and recommends process improvements for current and new operations. - The role collaborates across functions to strengthen governance, align processes, and build practical knowledge of enterprise applications, workflows, and data management. - The role translates business requirements into practical ERP and MDM solutions that balance business needs, system standards, governance, and long-term maintainability. B. ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Project implementation - Lead and support master data migration activities, including data collection, cleansing, standardization, validation, and upload preparation across relevant business domains. 2. Master data management - Capture, analyse and document master data issues raised by key users, clarify root causes, and coordinate practical solutions in line with governance standards. 3. Master data governance - Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives and support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of MDM tools and related processes. - Work collaboratively with business users, IT teams, project teams, and other stakeholders to align data requirements, validate information, and promote consistent data practices. 4. Business analysis - Analyse and clarify master data-related business requirements, assess them against existing system capabilities and available solutions, identify process or system gaps, and recommend practical, scalable and fit-for-purpose solutions in collaboration with business, IT, ERP project teams and solution partners. • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
