Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Solid knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment troubleshooting, and machine operations. - Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards with a strong commitment to workplace safety. - Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build positive working relationships.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. - Perform troubleshooting and resolve equipment or facility issues promptly to minimize downtime and improve production performance. - Support maintenance planning and execution for production lines, machines, and facilities, including new equipment installations. - Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency. - Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that optimize maintenance processes, equipment uptime, and overall productivity. - Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures to promote a safe and compliant workplace. - Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and work areas effectively, ensuring readiness, organization, and inventory accuracy. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
