- Lead the business analysis, operation and continuous improvement of the MES across manufacturing sites of Aluko Group. - Own MES operational support, documentation and change management for all manufacturing sites; maintain process maps, functional specs, SOP, user manuals and master data rules. - Collect, analyze and challenge requirements from stakeholders; perform gap analysis and process mapping; develop Functional Specifications based on requirements and recipe design. - Control CR from intake to closure: impact assessment, effort estimation, approval, release and post-release review. - Develop test scripts, UAT Plans and UAT Summary Reports; lead UAT with key users through to sign-off. - Troubleshoot and resolve MES issues affecting production, including MES ↔ SAP interface and IoT/PLC data collection. - Monitor application performance and functional anomalies; perform remedy actions to recover and drive root-cause analysis and permanent countermeasures. - Guide team members in enhancing technical and analytical capability; allocate workload and review deliverables. - Report progress, issues and system KPIs to PI management; support MES roll-out and adoption at other sites; propose digitalization initiatives (traceability, paperless, OEE, dashboard). • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
